I got a bit of a slow start today, but once I was outside I knew it was going to be a good day. (Can you believe that I actually think it's warm out? And there's snow on the ground?)
I got to rhetoric and persuasion and we talked about urinal cakes for an hour. I'm not lying. Lol. Read this to see why: http://www.jsonline.com/story/index.aspx?id=566481.
I also did my first work as an English fellow today, and then found out that my swipe card is working again (I haven't been able to swipe for food since last Monday). And I found out some interesting information that makes me laugh and at the same time think 'wtf?'
Tonight is burrito Monday, replacing burrito tuesday due to work conflicts. And no band tonight because we had an excellent concert Saturday (which makes me happy because if we had sucked I would have been totally depressed that I hadn't gone to the auto show). So the only class left today is vis lit, which involves me playing on a computer and pretending that I have any skills as an artist.
And we talked about hyperbole today and I kept thinking of Dane cook saying "there were like a thousand fire fighters...is anyone on the hoses?"

I am now an Aunt. Auntie Lauren, that's me.
Meet Benjamin James Murphy Jr. (He's super cute!)
He was sleeping the whole time i was there, so I didn't get to see his
eyes, but I heard they are really big and amazing. He was born this
morning at 11:47 and weighs 7 pounds and is the longest baby ever. He
gets his feet from Mary, lol.
He also has a full head of super soft dark hair and Mary's nose. He's very cuddly. :)
